- Signing: you show ID and sign the bill of sale. You keep a copy as proof of when ownership changed hands.
- Payment: you are paid before the car is touched.
- Loading: the car is winched or driven onto the flatbed and removed. Most pickups are done in 20 to 30 minutes.
